The East Area Team is looking for an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Receptionists.

The post holder will provide comprehensive clerical and reception support for the Childrens Centre demonstrating a courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times. The post holder will be based at the Childrens Centre (EAST), but may be required to work in other bases. The post holder will also be expected to prioritise, manage their time and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.

The post holder will be booking appointments and dealing with patient queries therefore excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner is required.

Proficient IT skills is also required as the post holder will also be undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth day to day running of the service, including some data inputting.

Welsh Language Skills to be learned within 12 months of appointment. Welsh and / or English speakers are welcome to apply.
