Our client, a cutting edge top 100 SME Fintech that’s building market-leading technology aimed at disrupting the industry, are looking for an experienced, talented, and ambitious CRM Data Analyst to support the development, integration, and growth of themarketing strategies. As CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering data led CRM engagement strategies and providing insights on CRM performance across the group. You will need to work closely with all sides of the business to utilise each ofthe data assets; understand the needs of different users and be able to provide insights to tailor products and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- CRM Segmentation Strategies: Utilise our CRM data platform, customer data assets, product knowledge and data skills to assist the CRM team with insights for the development of segmentation strategies on the roadmap. Furthermore, ensuring that all customersare being fully utilised by our marketing strategy.
- Propensity Modelling: Identify data variables that hold influence on behaviour (loan search, bureau information, product purchase, demographic, financial health etc) and build insights & solutions that will aid search, conversion, and trigger-based marketing(customer conversion, lender eligibility / conversion, customer life cycle).
- Product Expertise: We want someone to be the financial consumer products expert, to learn the nuances of these products and the respective product panels to support the results from propensity modelling to propose future CRM strategies.
- Management of Insights: Our CRM platform has a wealth of data which isn’t easily available to the rest of the business. You’d be responsible for extracting this data into our BI tools and displaying in a clear format for use by different internal stakeholders.Furthermore, automated insights will need to be created from this data to highlight any important information back to the wider team.
- Technical: Supporting the CRM team with any technical needs in building campaigns as well as working alongside the development team to work on solutions for feeding and extracting data from our CRM platform.
- Data Techniques: Using and harnessing the latest technologies and data science techniques in data analysis/science to build out data driven decisions within the business. We want to use the latest and greatest in technology to provide marketing leadingCRM strategies.

**Essential Skills**:

- A proven track record, of qualification/degree, for being analytically minded.
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst having presented insights to stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL & Python.

- Knowledge of Jinja - desirable
- Experience using CRM platforms, in particular Exponea - desirable
