Location: Leatherhead

**Salary**: £35,000 to £45,000
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Summary of a Stock Co-ordinator
In this role, you will verify customer information, capture and process incoming orders, complete monthly sales reports, ensure stock and raw material availability, place orders with suppliers, and maintain both purchase price and outgoing sales reports

Key Responsibilities of a Stock Co-ordinator
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Maintaining and updating sales reports, as well as customer and shipment records;
- Attending to customer queries;
- Compiling monthly sales reports;
- Expediting customer orders through internal liaison;
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant internal departments;
- Issuing sales transaction invoices;
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if required;
- Co-ordinating stock control operations with warehousing service provider;
- Analysing supply chain requirements to ensure uninterrupted availability of finished stock as well as raw materials for production;
- Evaluating vendors and suppliers’ offers and negotiating preferential purchase prices;
- Placing orders with suppliers to replenish stock on hand and ensuring delivery thereof;
- Tracking shipments and co-ordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays;
- Performing inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget.
