Warehouse Stock and Despatch Assistant

Autowave Limited is an established and expanding automotive wholesaler. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Warehouse Stock and Dispatch Assistant to join our growing team based at our head office in Long Eaton, Nottingham.

This is a great opportunity to work within an enjoyable environment and growing company with the opportunity for progression.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

- Pick and pack customer orders
- Ensure the accurate movement of stock into and out of the warehouse
- Ensure all stock is kept in the correct location
- Carry out stock takes / checks as and when required
- Complete paperwork relating to incoming and outgoing stock
- Loading and unloading deliveries by hand or through the use of manual handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with the quality control of products
- Test products before dispatch (training will be provided)
- Manage packaging supply levels
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure the warehouse is compliant with health and safety regulations

Required Skills/Experience:

- Experience of working in a warehouse
- Basic knowledge of car parts
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Open to learning new skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,500.00 per year
