**Role Overview**

You will support the HRIS Manager in maintaining and delivering configuration change to the HRIS system (Workday). In the role you will provide support to HR and business stakeholders on operational issues and queries regarding Wirkday. Additionally, youwill help deliver technical change projects on Workday, acting as an SME for defined Workday functional areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Continually developing well-rounded knowledge of Just's Workday implementation, enabling efficient support to Workday users and resolution of technical queries.
- Competent understanding of the Workday core HCM modules. In particular, Absence, Talent & Performance, Recruitment, Position Management and Org Hierarchy.
- Configure business processes and security. Triage and resolve complex technical queries and contribute to the teams collective knowledge base

**Key Skills**
- Solid Communication skills, supporting system users and stakeholders
- Experience with Workday HCM or other module
- Interest in Technology / HR
- Strong eye for detail / analytical and reporting skills
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment (Desirable)
- Experience delivering small change projects (Desirable)
