**Key Role**:
To coordinate the activities of a team of Service engineer’s involved in reactive and planned work within designated regions, remotely interrogate refrigeration systems, efficiently prioritize and schedule work load based on severity and parts availability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accessing remote monitoring systems to interrogate data and assess required actions.
- Ensuring efficient use of engineers to meet SLA and KPI targets.
- Compiling reports and completing client specific documentation.
- Receiving service calls from the clients.
- Updating the Service Management computer system.
- Allocating calls to the Service engineers.
- Maintaining communication between the clients and the Service engineers.
- Recording service department activity and engineer’s movements.
- Coordinating part supply to engineers.
- Arranging ‘case clean’ and ‘return maintenance’ programmes.
- To comply with the Company’s Health & Safety, Environmental and ISO processes and procedures.
- To promote the Company’s image in a professional manner

**Working Schedule**:
40hrs per week across 5 days, worked on a rota basis, including weekends.

Shift times 07:00-16:00 & 10:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday and between 07:00-17:30 Saturday & Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
