We have a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic FP&A Senior Manager - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Reporting & Analytics to join us at the **A**tomic **W**eapons **E**stablishment (**AWE**).

This is an exciting time to join us as we begin working towards updating the weapons on all of the submarines in the UK CasD programme. We require amazing people to support the programme, this could be you.

As an FP&A Senior Manager - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Reporting & Analytics, you need to be able to inspire and motivate whilst managing complex financial issues.

We are located in the countryside between Reading and Basingstoke with onsite parking. There are good bus links between Reading, Basingstoke and Newbury.

**Salary**: Starts at**£55,560**Negotiable (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

**We would like you to have experience of the following**:

- **Interfacing and reporting effectively with key stakeholders across and outside the business**

** A business leadership role**

**Leading, managing and integrating different financial teams**

** Influencing sound business strategies to deliver savings and efficiencies**

** Dealing with complex business issue**

** Stakeholder management with collaboration at all levels**

** Critical and analytical skills that have lead to recommendations for operating unit benefits**

** Working use of a cost management tool / business system**

A typical day for a FP&A Senior Manager - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Reporting & Analytics could look like this:

- Representing FP&A in wider initiatives, both within the AWE Finance Function
- Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships
- Working collegiately with the business and other functions
- Developing confidence and trust in the ability of finance to support business needs
- Working collaboratively with Finance teams and other functions to ensure that senior leadership have the right information and advice
- Setting the direction, empowering, inspiring, motivating, and coaching team members to enable effective delivery of objectives and supporting individual's personal development and careers

You must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the relevant security clearance for this role.
