Sales Administrator

- Follow-up of customer orders received via the e-commerce system
- Maintain the customer database and customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Sales administrative tasks
- Co-ordination with the logistics team
- Monitoring and reporting of sales metrics
- Monitor customer satisfaction with products, obtain feedback and channel responses appropriately
**Person Specification**:
- Demonstrate a solid background and successful track record in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills
- An ability to liaise directly with high profile clients
- Strong office and administration skills - Intermediate excel and word
- Knowledge of social media tools
- High level of attention to detail
- Good number skills - ability to input data accurately and extract meaningful information from it
- A positive character with 'go to’ approach
**Additional Information**:
- Office in Leatherhead (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
- £22,000 - £28,000
- Monday - Friday (37 ½ hours per week, flexible hours, can be early or late start/finish)
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
