My client is looking for an accounts administrator who will be required to assist the Finance Team, and will be given the opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of finance.

**The role...**
- Assisting staff with accounts queries
- Office / Client account banking
- Cancelling cheques
- Assisting with the teams task ie disbursements postings, ATE cancellations, archive file checklists etc
- Create and post bills
- Reviewing office and client monies to ensure everything has been accounted for
- Archiving files
- Bank Payment Office - Review slips received from Fee Earners, approve and process payment for the appropriate suppliers by cheque
- Sending out remittances after payment has been issued
- Assisting staff with accounts queries

**About you...**
- Willingness to learn all areas of finance, including but not restricted to, management accounts, billing, invoicing, purchase orders etc.
- Experience of PROCLAIM would be an advantage
- Experience of working within SRA Account Rules would be an advantage
- Moderate technical ability
- Moderate IT skills
- Moderate knowledge of Excel** **is a prerequisite** **and experience of using Access is preferred but not essential
