**B2B Sales Executive**
We have had an exciting opportunity become available with out client based in sale for a B2B Sales Executive to join the team. This role is a great opportunity for someone to join the team who wants to earn a great bonus but doesn’t enjoy cold calling or hardsales.
Hybrid working - Work from home 2 days per week.
**The B2B Sales Executive role**:
You will be making outbound calls to existing customers who are coming up to the end of their contract and who may want to leave. Your job is to both retain the customer with the business and also upsell/cross-sell additional products where possible. Youwill be working towards realistic KPI targets and will be given full product knowledge and sales training in your initial 4 weeks of employment. You will be working in a supportive team environment where you will receive ongoing training and support.
**The Client**:
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be representing the UK’s leading provider for small businesses. Our client offers everything from broadband and phone lines to gas, electric, water, payment services and insurance - giving you complete freedom in your consultativesales/retentions approach.
Currently, our client has an impressive circa 160,000 customers, however they are looking to grow and add X4 additional B2B Sales Executive to their team to retain and expand on their business. Our client is already an established business within their field,however, they have aggressive growth plans which will unlock excellent progression opportunities for the successful Customer Retentions Advisor.
**Daily Duties of the B2B Sales Executive**:
- Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls from existing customers
- Building relationships with customers who are thinking of leaving
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products
- Making warm calls to existing customers

- Starting salary between £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

**Sound good? To be considered, the successful B2B Sales Executive will have**:
- A background in retentions or sales, minimum 1 year.
- Good communicator who does not shy away from objection handling
- A passion for customer service and speaking to customers.
- Experience working towards targets.
**Location**
Our client’s office is based in the heart of Sale Moor Village next to Sale Water Park, only a stone’s throw away from the M60 and just a short 5-minute walk from the Airport Metro Link line and Sale Town Centre. THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE. FULL COVID-19MEASURES ARE IN PLACE.
