Hereco Maintenance Ltd are a Nationwide facilities maintenance company which caters for Healthcare, Retail and Commercial customers. We do also cater for private and general maintenance and operates locally in the area.

We are looking to recruit an experienced multi skilled maintenance person, ideally with a strong plumbing background, who has a proven background, be multi skilled and capable of working at a number of sites both locally and generally within a 2 hour drive from base.

Good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with minor issues quickly and effectively.

This is a varied role and the range of duties include:

- Building repairs
- Plumbing / electrical works (toilet repairs / sink macerator works / replace light fittings / sockets)
- Basic joinery repairs
- Groundwork (Paving repairs, bollard replacements, Fence repairs etc)
- General roofing repairs
- General maintenance/handyman work

**Skills and experience you will need**
- Flexibility to work
- Customer orientated approach
- Experience in dealing with maintenance issues
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Driving licence advantageous

A DBS check will be carried out.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
