We are looking for a Builder to work on some of the UK's finest heritage buildings. Undertaking work on Grade 1 & 2 Listed Buildings along with Churches and historically important structures. Quality and Attention to detail is paramount and always comes first.

Applicants should be able to work as part of a team, have an excellent work ethic, good communication skills, clean and tidy appearance and excellent organization skills.

**Duties**:

- Masonry Work, Grouting, Pointing,
- Structural Repairs
- Stonework & Brickwork
- Roofing
- Joinery
- Groundworks

Approx. 40+ hours per week with option of weekend work.

28 days holiday per year.

Additional training & development available.

Stable opportunity with long term employment

Negotiable pay (hourly rate) depending on experience with regular reviews on PAYE

Applicants MUST have a driving license and their own vehicle due to the remote location of the office.

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
