We are looking for a Receptionist to join our small team, based a campus in Reading.

The campus consists of 3 fully refurbished multi-occupied buildings offering the perfect mix of business advantages with all the benefits of a prominent location in the centre of Reading.

Your main function as a Receptionist will be to use your passion, experience, bright smile and bubbly personality to create a warm welcome for anyone entering the building. You will know how to interact with both our internal tenants and external visitors producing that ‘wow welcome’ every time

Your role will be extremely varied, as you will take full ownership of the reception area with other duties including: -.
- Signing visitors and contractors in, according to building procedures.
- Assisting with visitor and tenant enquiries, in an extremely professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks and duties, as and when required.
- Sourcing and negotiating with local businesses for discounts and exciting offers for our tenants.
- Drafting a monthly building newsletter.
- Organising interesting and fun events for our tenants, on a regular basis.
- Coming up with creative new ideas on how to improve the visitor and tenant experience
- Ensuring that the space is always kept impeccably clean and presentable.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 08:30am to 5:30pm

**Salary**: £24,250

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for the role, you will have customer service experience and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
