**Receptionist - Part Time**

**Reading**

We are looking to recruit a front of house receptionist to work 3 days a week in a fabulous corporate office building situated in central Reading, minutes from the station and with free parking.

You should be an experienced receptionist taking pride in delivering a first-class tenant and visitor experience. You’ll have a can-do attitude and enjoy being proactive, ensuring any building issues are reported and managed. You will bring personality and efficiency to the building.

**Salary**:
£17,674 pa part time (£11.33ph)

Hours: 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (30 hrs)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_
Managing reception_**
- Warmly meeting, greeting and registering visitors to the building - following sign in protocols
- Efficiently manage post and courier’s
- Maintaining building process documents and local amenities file
- Ensuring excellent channels of communication between your job share
- Weekly reporting to key stakeholders
- General administration as required

**_Building management_**
- Recording and reporting any building issues and managing to resolution - keeping the off-site Building Manager informed
- Managing contractors who visit to undertake maintenance and controlling key issue
- Responsible for carrying out a daily visit and standard checks on a building a short walk away and reporting any problems

**_ Tenant experience_**
- Work collaboratively with your job share to develop pop up’s or activities to help create a community vibe in the building
- Work as a team to deliver relevant initiatives which drive tenant participation and enjoyment
- You will also be interested in local news and what’s happening in the area and keeping tenants informed by creating a monthly e-newsletter

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Well presented and experienced receptionist
- A team player and work well on a job share basis
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
