We have an exciting opportunity to join our team based in Bramhall, near Stockport. The WPO Group is a privately owned provider of expert services including technical and commercial asset management services to our renewable energy clients. WPO employ approximately 100 employees and operate across 13 European countries through 37 offices or service points, windfarms and solar sites.

**The role**

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager (based in France), this role is responsible for providing support to the HSEQ team, ensuring that documentation and records are monitored, updated, and maintained in line with statutory and Company requirements and assisting in the continuous improvement of our HSEQ management system by auditing it on site and compiling audits’ findings.

**The person**

To apply, you must have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role ideally with HSEQ experience. With excellent attention to detail and demonstrable organisational skills, you will also have good IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Internet (Office 365).

We operate a flexible working policy that requires attendance in the office twice a week and the rest of the week can be worked from home. All WPO employees are eligible for life assurance, private healthcare, pension and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

**Key Tasks and Duties**
- Maintain Group training matrix and source training as and when required ensuring compliance to European standards where applicable.
- Maintain PPE register ensuring compliance with deadlines (statutory inspection), competitive pricing and ‘fit for purpose’ requirements.
- Carry out on a regular basis regulatory compliance for the UK and Ireland.
- Review and update risk assessments
- Track and report the Group KPI’s.
- Conduct HSEQ audits of sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
- Coordinate the compilation of HSEQ audits’ findings in our tracker tool.
- Assist in the organisation of drills with the operational and rescue teams.
- Coordinate the compilation of comprehensive HSEQ monthly reports from European business units and projects
- Communicate relevant HSEQ information within the business units and contractors.

**Person Specification**
- 2 years’ experience in a similar coordination or administrative role
- Demonstrable organisational skills are essential
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal format to clients, staff and third parties alike.
- A high standard of written English and an ability to cope with a high workload is of particular importance due to continuous improvement within the Company.
- You will be capable of working under your own initiatives and to targets.
- HSEQ experience would bring a distinct advantage.
- Willing to travel across the UK and Ireland

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
