This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join a reputable manufacturing business, working as a Team leader for a busy order processing team on a 12 month fixed contract.

**Description**

Your role as a Team Leader will involve;
- Managing key customer accounts
- Holding team 1-1 meetings and reviews
- Assisting the manager with any training requirements
- Motivating the team and providing support when needed
- Ensure set processes are being followed and assist with day to day duties such as order processing

**Profile**

As the successful team leader you will have;
- Prior experience as a team leader or team coach
- A willingness to help people and drive them to succeed
- Knowledge of a sales support/order processing role
- Be available at short notice
