Position: Back of House Shift Leader

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Shift Leader who is passionate about culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Restaurant Management team to ensure that our food quality and service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality and guest service.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational policies.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and task assignments.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Oversee stock management and control food costs effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment by mentoring and training team members.
  • Welcome and integrate new staff into the team.
  • Ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional service.
