We are currently recruiting for both full-time and part-time Band 2 Administration Support Officer's to join our MSK & Podiatry Service based at Hampton House in Clifton on a permanent basis.

Shift patterns enable cover from 8am-5pm, so you must be able to work these hours. There will be a split of 8-4 and 9-5 shifts, but unfortunately we are unable to offer school hours. Part-time roles would be 2, 3 or 4 8 hour days.

You will form part of the team providing a full administrative service to the Sirona MSK pathway. Your role will be predominantly supporting the patient pathway and working closely with other members of the administration and clinical teams to optimise patient experience. You will support optimisation of clinical diaries through following the administrative standard operating procedures. This will include:

- Answering calls
- Responding to patient queries
- Booking appointments
- Sending out appropriate patient communication
- Registering referrals

You will be required to work in our electronic notes system (EMIS) and your role will involve adding appropriate documentation to patient records. Depending on service need, you may also cover reception duties which will include ‘meeting and greeting’ patients and visitors. Other responsibilities may include ordering stationery and supplies, being a fire warden, and making room bookings
