As a **Domestic Assistant** you are the key to the hygienic and safe environment in which our residents live. You enjoy maintaining a pristine environment for the comfort and safety of our residents, visitors and staff. An important part of our team who ensures residents in our care feel valued and appreciated.

You may not have experience as a domestic cleaner but with all the right qualities and interest we will provide full training and welcome to our team

**About The Role**

**A Domestic Assistant will**:

- carry out all of their duties to ensure that we always provide a high level of cleanliness
- You will understand the cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations in the home along with the equipment and the properties of cleaning materials required to fulfil the tasks.
- You will develop positive relationships with residents, staff, residents’ families and visitors’
- Help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value
- Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
- Your caring nature and positive attitude, will allow you to give the best possible service to the residents in our care
- As a team player working well with others you enjoy communication, provide the energy and hard work needed for a changing environment.
