North Oxfordshire Academy are currently looking for an organised, efficient and enthusiastic Data, Exams & Admin Assistant to assist with the effective administration of all areas relating to data & exams. The role will require you to provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and typing and will assist production of examination timetables and invigilation rotas.
**Hours of work**: 37.5 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks during the school holidays.
**About You**
You will need to enjoy working as part of a team and be adaptable and flexible in your outlook. You must have excellent ICT skills and a keen eye for attention to detail. You will need to be able to work to structured processes and deadlines, but also use your own initiative. You will need to be comfortable building both internal and external relationships and help drive effectiveness and efficiencies within the department, wherever possible.
