**WHAT TO EXPECT**

This role is part of the Performance, Engagement and Wellbeing Team. We are the design and delivery team that contribute to the development and deployment of policies, processes and initiatives as appropriate.

The Performance, Engagement and Wellbeing Team sit within ‘My Support’, and aim to provide a framework to help guide our workforce towards higher levels of employee engagement. Initiatives and projects include delivery of the Employee Learning Scheme (ELS), PULSE, Long Service Dinner, and other projects which all aim to drive an improved, equitable and consistent working experience, driving attraction, engagement, retention and advocacy within JLR.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This role will be able to both support, and lead key activities within the team and activities will include:

- Lead on the tender for a new ELS provider, engaging with Purchasing to drive the tender process from end to end, and ensuring clarity of direction
- Deliver onboarding of a new ELS provider, working with IT, Data and Purchasing to ensure all requirements are met and the quality of content meets product definition.
- Consider and build in GDPR and reporting implications associated to projects
- Provide input into project and planning to identify plan, scope and timings of change activity
- Enable the project to resolve issues, and resolve any blockers and challenges
- Review and implement updates to policies and process - ensuring efficiency, speed cost, quality and user experience are prioritised.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communications - ensuring stakeholders are engaged, informed and communication is well thought out in advance - ensuring that effective solutions are created and implemented.
- Track and communicate risks and opportunities within the team and project sponsor
- Create supporting documentation, using Powerpoint, Excel and ability to present outcomes in senior forums
- Gather diagnostics, data analysis and presentation of results
- Benchmark - to keep abreast of external trends and practices which influence future needs and engage with external networks and sources of expertise where necessary to grow and challenge our approach
- Ensure that employee experience is prioritised at all times

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Project Management experience, specifically in terms of implementing project-based activity
- Experience of process improvement
- Strong experience of stakeholder management at all levels
- Change management experience
- Strong IT skills in MS software packages
