Job Title: HCA - Meds Administration Trained

**Responsibilities**:

- Administering medication to residents - must be familiar with the Boots MAR chart
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
- Escort clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs
- Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

**Requirements**:

- Relevant training and Updated DBS
- Previous experience in meds administration and elderly care.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grantham, NG31 6TN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Care home: 1 year (preferred)
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
