Archiving Technology provides suitably compliant platforms for storage of the Bank’s data that must be kept for legal and regulatory purposes, covering the full data lifecycle: ingestion, management, search, extraction, and disposal.

eDiscovery Services ensures the preservation, collection, and delivery of all facets of electronically stored information requested for litigation, regulatory or audit requests or for international investigations.

You’ll work across the Change Book of Work in both these areas, ensuring governance best practise, providing accuracy in financial reporting, and ensuring tracking and monitoring of actuals to budget for project/programme management across the portfolio. You’ll also focus on tracking and managing against the plan to evaluate and report on project performance including schedule, budget/Work Breakdown Structure, and resource utilisation.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Financial Reporting - support Business Management procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and ensure tracking and monitoring of actuals to budget
- Support and maintain Programme/Project Level Governance procedures for managing portfolio-wide initiatives such as resource utilisation, change control, financials, and portfolio maintenance
- Produce and analyse Programme/Project Level Reporting to ensure projects progress against key criteria such as cost, schedule, risks, issues, and benefits are accurately reflected; identify trends and improvement opportunities, highlighting proposed action plans
- Support and maintain project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the portfolio using project management tools, processes, and practices
- Responsible for alignment and compliance to the Change Governance Framework

**Your skills and experience**
- Demonstrable experience in governing/supporting projects to successful conclusions especially from financial perspective. Accurate numeracy with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in developing, analysing, and tracking financial business cases and Key Performance Indicators
- Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and issues
- Appropriate domain expertise
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Experience working across technology organisations for implementation and/or remediation of functionality required to meet regulatory compliance
