Due to growth we are expanding our team in 2024 and looking for an experienced Grounds maintenance Operative.

This is a self employed role

Founded 3 years ago we are fast becoming the go to company for domestic and commercial maintenance.

Contracts include

Major supermarkets

Schools

New build showhomes

Parish councils

Factories / retail

Plus much more.

Most of our work is planned maintenance visits however we do have a fair amount of one off jobs too.

What are we looking for ??

We would like somebody experienced with

Ride on mowers, strimmer's, lawn mowers, hedge cutters, weed spraying equipment ( pa1 pa6 preferred but no a deal breaker )

Somebody who are happy to throw their hand to things such as

Sports pitch line marking

Planting

Pruning / tree work, fencing, slabbing on occasion.

Basic mechanical knowledge of machines would be a bonus

have access to own vehicle and commute to our yard in Kettering

be able to pass an enhanced dbs check

Have or be prepared to do a cscs test

Be able to work on initiative

Be responsible for ones actions and aware of personal aptitude in order to get the best results.

Drivers over 21 are insured on all vehicles and will be taught how to tow
