Our Business Partners are our custodians and champions of what makes Lowell a place to thrive. Reporting to the UK People Director you’ll work closely with our other Business Partners and the wider people team to proactively support the implementation of the people plan.

Your natural people and influencing skills will allow you to excel in coaching Leaders and Managers to ensure delivery of the people plan and key business results. Some of the highlights of your role will include:

- Supporting with organisational design.
- Ensuring Talent & Succession plans are in place for identified roles.
- Ensuring relevant people analytics are in place to drive better people outcomes.
- Working with the leaders on reactive people issues that require short to medium term intervention.
- Driving Effective Leadership Capability.
- Delivery of the people plan and new people products into the business.
- Supporting the People Director and wider business with any regulatory & Legal responsibilities.

**What we need from you?**

You’ll bring proven experience working in a generalist HR role or multi-disciplinary experience across a range of HR roles and you’ll be able to demonstrate:

- Capability to coach managers and colleagues to find their own solutions.
- An ability to work in ambiguous situations, challenge effectively and ask the right questions.
- Strong people change management skills and the ability to coach managers in how to lead change effectively and in line with our values and culture.
- Organisational and strong project management skills.
- Employment law knowledge.
- An ability to build effective relationships at all levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
