**Excellent opportunity for an Experienced Finance Administrator to work for a well established leading UK merchant banking group.**

**Location: Ilkeston**

**Competitive basic salary, discretionary annual bonus and benefits**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing and administration of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) received daily, ensuring these notices are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Timely reporting of all vehicle statuses including, Taxed, SORNed etc. These will rely on adequate checks to ensure MOT status is correct before taxing.
- Supporting credit card reconciliation done monthly for month end reporting.
- Supporting the Financial Reporting team and the wider Finance team in case of absences and busy periods as required.
- Responding to Ad-hoc head office requests as necessary.

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF**:

- You possess strong administration skills preferably with a qualification to support.
- You demonstrate an ability to prioritise and deal with a wide range of business support and development activities simultaneously.
- You have intermediate IT skills including Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel (V-Look Up)
- You're organised and attentive to detail
