**We are currently recruiting for a** Part Time Accounts Assistant** for a reputable company based in Ilkeston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close knit team where you will be responsible for a variety of duties withinthe** finance** function.The role is working on a part time basis,24 - 30 hours a week and is flexible over 4 or 5 days fully office based.

**Responsibilities**:
**Invoice processing**, ensuring all purchase orders tally to deliveries
Generating** payment runs**
Allocating payments
Generating **sales invoices** and sending out to customers
Sales cash posting
Credit control duties, looking after the debtor reports
Statement Reconciliations
**Bank Reconciliations**
Previous experience within an **accounts** function
Good communication skills
Able to prioritise own workload
IT Literate, with knowledge of** excel and sage**
Able to work within a close knit team environment
