**IT Administrator - First Line Support**

**Do you have proven experience as an IT Administrator?**

**Proven working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory & Exchange administration?**

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a **Consumer Goods client**, on the search for **IT Administrator.** This is a permanent role based in **London.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and providing back-up and support to the Head of Finance.
- Be the first port of call for internal IT requests, this includes general workstation, and software
- Liaise with the external providers when required, field tickets and ensure the external provider is resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure service requests and incidents are prioritised by urgency and impact to the business
- Monitor high impact issues to ensure problem is resolved to completion
- Provisioning and installing hardware or software
- Undertake routine maintenance tasks of workstations
- Undertake department administrative duties such as maintaining the IT Asset register, ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required.
- Manage IT budgets, quotes, and contracts
- Supervise any onsite work required for upgrades of software or Hardware, liaise, and arrange with different parties invoiced
- Driving to other company sites when required to assist with IT set up
- Issue App invites and liaise with customers about any queries
- Loading supplier increases into the stock management system
- Loading customer pricing into the stock management system
- Uploading images onto the website
- Any other ad hoc tasks

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven working experience as an IT Administrator or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory & Exchange administration.
- Customer service focus with a genuine passion to help colleagues and customers.
- Having excellent communication and time management skills.
- Methodical approach to troubleshooting problems
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working to meet the needs of the business
- Willingness to learn new skills
