Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for this omni channel fashion retail business. The business has over 100 stores and strong presence online and also via their members club. The business is looking to add to their head office team as the businessare in a period of growth.

This role of an Assistant Buyer - Bottoms & Dresses is to help with the team regarding the sourcing, developing, and buying of products with the range and commercial parameters.

The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Buyer position -- Continue to carry out key administrative duties within the Buying department.
- Managing the Range plan, making sure that all information for e.g. cost prices
- Chase fit and production samples in liaison with Quality Assurance team.
- Work towards key critical paths.
- Assisting in the preparation of pre-trip packs and briefings.
- Attend and assist selected internal and external supplier meetings and take the detailed minutes
- Gather, analyse and interpret product, market and customer information to establish UK trend alongside

The requirements of this Assistant Buyer position -- You have 6 months + experience in a Assistant Buyer or Senior / Buying Admin Assistant level
- Excellent organisation & admin skills
- Good experience across all Microsoft packages
- Graduate or graduate calibre
