**Support Worker Needed for Bright and Tenacious 6-Year-Old Girl with Complex Needs**

Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate individual looking to make a positive impact in a child's life? We are currently seeking a dedicated support worker to provide exceptional care for a 6-year-old girl with complex needs. This rewarding role requires experience working with children who have additional needs, particularly those who are non-verbal, PEG fed, and have epilepsy.

Our delightful 6-year-old girl is bright, tenacious, and full of life. Although she faces challenges, she has an incredible spirit and a contagious zest for life. We believe in providing her with an environment that fosters creativity, growth, and fun.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience working with children with additional needs is essential. Familiarity with PEG feeding and epilepsy management is highly desired.
- Creativity: Being able to think outside the box and engage the child in creative activities is highly valued.
- Solution-Focused: We are seeking a support worker who can approach challenges with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and find innovative solutions is crucial.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support to the child, focusing on her individual needs and promoting her overall development.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, feeding, and medication administration.
- Engage the child in stimulating and age-appropriate activities, fostering her social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor and ensure the child's safety at all times, particularly during activities and outings.
- Collaborate with other members of the care team, including therapists and medical professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to her care.
