Assistant to Chartered Financial Planner

**The Job requires you to support our Chartered Financial Planners in every aspect of Client related work in addition to other ad hoc administrative task**:
- Book regular Client appointments
- Manage Appointment Diary
- Work in coordination with another colleague in the same role.
- Liaise with Clients and prepare Client Fact find form prior to meetings.
- Support the annual reviews team in sending Client review reports.
- Prepare Client related Policy Summaries where needed.
- Ensure the back-office system is always updated on new tasks
- Deal with every day Posts including scanning essential documents and commission statements.
The above list is not exhaustive but a reflection of the main duties.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
