Senior Customer Operations Specialist, London, Financial Services, £37,000, Hybrid-Working, Immediate Start
- Assisting the leadership team to coach/develop Customer Operations team
- Motivating and supporting team members to ensure that regular feedback is given to individuals
- Allocating work to members of the team, ensuring a smooth/efficient working environment
- Supporting the leadership team with Quality Assurance checks
- Acting as the key contact for any external complaints/escalations (if required)
- Investigation each query to decide whether to uphold the complaint, then communicating the decision(s) to the customer(s)
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of overseeing resource (line management experience not essential)
- Experience of handling complaints/escalations in a regulated environment
- High attention to detail
- Articulate, professional telephone manner
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel)
- Proactive attitude to identifying areas to improve performance
- Fun, sociable personality
