We are currently looking to hire a Scrum Master to be part of GTM Operations and Enablement team on a fixed term 6-9 month assignment. You will develop and lead the scaled agile delivery for the team in Jira, ensuring alignment to the engineering scrum teams and release cycles. The role also requires strong analytic, systems and problem solving skills and will be interacting regularly with other functions across N-able.

What You'll Do:

- Works with the Business to establish a vision and road-map to deliver the outcomes of the
programme of work, facilitate the breaking down of initiatives and Epics into regular cycles of
delivery and improve the predictability of delivery.
- Supports the team in the facilitation of the scrum ceremonies that take the team from goals to
story creation and delivery.
- Facilitates and champions the scaled agile methodology in Jira, by coaching and mentoring scrum
teams and promoting the use of standards and best practices.
- Develops and manages the people capacity plan for the scrum team and support the team in the delivery of some of the documentation and Epics when needed.
- Supports the removal of blockers/impediments in the delivery of outcomes and manages
dependencies and uses retrospectives and other Lean-Agile techniques to implement small changes that lead to demonstrable improvement for the team.
- SME on JIRA: Design, implement, configure and manage all aspects of JIRA (work-flows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications, etc.) using in-depth knowledge of JQL.
- Leads on Operational improvements & enhancements initiatives & projects.

What You'll Bring:

- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master with hands on implementation of methodologies such as
Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall and Hybrid
- Highly proficient using Confluence, JIRA (Advanced Roadmaps, JIRA Service Desk Management,
Script Runner & EazyBI), SharePoint, and other tools to manage project and task management.
- Experience working cross functionally with internal and customer facing teams, including
Marketing, Sales and Business Applications
- Experience managing operational requests via a ticketing system
- Experience designing data aggregation/preparation/reports & analysis
processes
- Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision,
possibilities, and outcomes
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma/ Scrum Master certification is a plus but not required
