Ethypharm is a specialty pharmaceutical company with prominent products in targeted Central Nervous System (CNS) indications, notably severe pain, and opioid dependency, as well as a wide range of high-quality injectable medicines for hospitals and emergency situations.
In the UK we are recognised as a key partner to both the NHS and the private hospital sector.
We are now looking to recruit a **Continuous Improvement Practitioner **to join our dynamic production team based at our Romford manufacturing facility.
As a key member of the site team (line report to the CI Manager) the CI Practitioner is accountable for:
Ethypharm CI System being used to develop the capability of all the Site personnel to implement day to day continuous improvement activities.
- Helping ensure the day-to-day continuous improvement activities improve the overall Site Performance towards the business objectives in Safety, Quality, Waste/Cost, Delivery.
- Standardising good practices across different areas and lead knowledge sharing among Site.
- To coach / train the Site teams in Lean/Ethypharm CI System.
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Roll out, support, and maintain the Ethypharm Continuous Improvement System
- To work with key business stakeholders, and multi-jurisdictional "CI Advocates", to build a continuous improvement environment to support the culture transformation
- Lead and facilitate Improvement initiatives workshops
- Conduct classroom training sessions to different level of the organization
- Lead good practices rolling out across the different departments to Knowledge leverage
- To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
- Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
- Assist in data analysis and processing to derive effective decisions
To be successful in the role you will need to have proven experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and you must be able to demonstrate experience of coaching, delivering training and hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programmes and Lean solutions, including data analysis and advanced Excel knowledge. Ideally you will have Lean Six Sigma Green belt or an equivalent qualification and that you can demonstrate that you have the knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.
