**Resource Solutions** is looking for a **Graduate Recruitment Coordinator (Financial Services or Professional Services firm desirable)** who will be aligned with one of our clients. You will be working with one of the leading financial services groups.

The **Graduate Recruitment Coordinator** sits within the EMEA Graduate Recruiting Team, spanning the Corporate Infrastructure, Global Markets, and Investment Banking Teams. The team is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining junior talent, through strategic initiatives across UK and European universities.

**What you will be doing**:
The Co-ordinator will initially be supporting Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment banking) to fast-track their development, training, and insight into the divisions the team supports, before shifting full-time into being aligned to the Investment Banking team.

The Coordinator will be expected to provide support to the team at every step of the 360 recruitment cycle.
Attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, organisational efficiency, commitment, strong oral and written communication skills and team-working are required for this role.

**Previous experience working in a support function in a professional environment is desirable.**

**Team Related Tasks**
- Inbox management and to relieve the team of as much administration as possible

Campus Marketing: Presentations and Events
- Administrative assistance with marketing and logistics for careers events, including name badges and creating interview packs
- Tracking business participation at campus events
- Attend recruitment events
- Posting vacancies to campus portals

**Recruitment**
- Bulk printing of CVs, creation and distribution of interview packs to the business and collating interview feedback

**Interviews**
- Tracking business participation at interviews
- Tracking and managing data around the interviewing and hiring process, and producing it in an accurate and timely fashion

**Offer Process**
- Maintenance of database and filing system
- Tracking of offers to ensure signed contracts are returned to the client in a timely manner

Internship Programme Management
- Tracking attendance of interns and business representatives at all internship events
- Supporting the offer process as above for our intern conversions

Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of the coordinator role may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.

**Who you are**:

- Solid academic background
- Experience working in a support function in a financial services or professional services firm is desirable
- Hardworking with an ability to prioritise and multi-task, good time management
- Highly organised and able to multi-task even under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Team player
- Strong professional presence
- Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff of all levels
- Flexibility around working hours: some events do run in the evenings
- Must be willing to travel (e.g. campus season and the attendance of career fairs)
- Excellent computer skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint).
