Responsibilities will include:

- Processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Orders to be packaged in line with Cutter Brooks standards
- To assist with DPD/DHL/Fedex collections
- To own the returns and collections process
- To support all other areas of the business when required

**Stock Management**:

- To have excellent product knowledge
- Treat stock as if it were your own
- To pro-actively manage stock levels in warehouse
- Own packaging supply for Online

**Personality**:

- To have excellent customer service skills
- To be clean tidy and organised
- To be self motivated with a can do attitude
- To help promote a happy and positive working environment
- An enthusiastic & energetic, ‘go the extra mile’ work ethic
- An excellent attention to detail & quality

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
