**About the role***:
**Ecclesiastical Insurance**, who are proudly part of **Benefact Group**, are looking for an **Administrator** to join our** Gloucester **office.

You will provide administrative support to the Technical Literature specialist and Creative Services Team.

**Key responsibilities**
***:

- Support team with day-to-day marketing/office administration such as document checking, uploading of documentation to various sites, assisting with general enquiries
- Liaison with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Print management support
- Organising the artwork and approval of technical literature and marketing materials including placing orders
- Updating Brandcentral, Literature Library, Historic Documents library and relevant websites with new or updated technical documentation
- Maintaining a work-in-progress list
- Support with regulatory requirements such as literature changes and communications
- Build effective internal relationships to deliver exceptional customer service and support Ecclesiastical’s “right first time” approach
- Perform ad-hoc tasks for the creative services marketing team as required

**Knowledge, skills and experience**
***:

- Good telephone/video call manner
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent Proofreading skills and attention to detail and knowledge of the English language
- Must have good experience of Microsoft packages e.g., Word and Excel as well as Adobe, and an aptitude for picking up bespoke sites.
- Proven organisational skills
- Flexible attitude and approach and excellent team player
- Previous experience of office role preferred
- Willingness and ability to support colleagues and share information
- Ability to adapt approach to suit requirements and workloads
