**Key Details**:

- Full-time position
- Permanent role
- 42 hours per week
- Rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off (including days, nights, and weekends)
- Possession of an SIA license is a requirement
- Full clean UK driving license with access to a vehicle is mandatory

**Responsibilities**:
As a Security Officer, you will be entrusted with several important tasks:

- Maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor while ensuring the safety of all individuals
- Providing support, guidance, and information to staff, visitors, and contractors
- Meeting and greeting staff, visitors, and contractors
- Preventing and deterring unauthorized access to the site
- Monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems
- Conducting both external and internal security patrols
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety procedures
- Recording and reporting all faults, health and safety hazards, and unsafe working practices
- Remaining vigilant at all times to detect and deter any suspicious or threatening behavior
- Fulfilling any other duties as assigned by Branch Management

**Essential Skills**:
To excel in the role of Security Officer, you should possess:

- An SIA License
- Full UK driving license with vehicle access
- The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
- Exceptional customer service skills, adept in dealing with people
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A smart and presentable appearance, coupled with a proactive approach in engaging with customers
