The role holder will:

- Produce high quality PMO deliverables to support the achievement of key outcomes including regulatory commitments within the initiatives across the ET Cyber Portfolio
- Provide secretariat support for key governance forums including preparing packs in advance, recording actions and decisions from meetings and chasing them to completion
- Deliver agreed deliverables and services within the ET Cyber Portfolio, working directly with key stakeholders
- Perform SharePoint administration duties including providing access and regular audit reviews
- Facilitate team meetings including management of team hubs, planner etc

As part of our hybrid working approach, this role offers a mix of office (Warwick) and home working.

**About you**:

- Understands Change Portfolio Management and prioritisation.
- Excellent SharePoint Excel, and MS Office skills.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, with experience of report writing, presentations, and an ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, shows self-drive and the commitment to deliver high quality work
- Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Project Management, Change Management.
- Practical experience in some of the following: scoping, scheduling and planning, business case development and benefits management, project financial management, governance, risk management, vendor management, resource allocation, business readiness management and execution.

- A salary of £33,620 - £39,552 dependant on capability

- 37-hour week (part time of flexible working available)
