**Package & benefits**
- Starting salary of £35,000 rising to £40,000 after 6 months, regular salary reviews
- Commission and profit share bonus for OTE of £60K+

**Key duties & responsibilities**
- create strategies to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships and new products and services
- build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- continually look for and pursue further opportunities to help our clients innovate their training programmes using experiential learning games
- represent the business at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up to date with new trends
- maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in Salesforce
- expectation (but not essential) to be in our Oxford office 2 days per week
**Skills & experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales / business development, or in complex sales
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen/consultancy skills
- Growth mindset and curiosity to learn/improve
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Digitally savvy i.e. confident with video conferencing tools, MS Office, CRMs etc

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oxford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
