**Hours: 40 (Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm)**

**Salary: £25,000 - 28,000 Per Annum DOE**
- Do you want to be a pivotal part of our thriving team as a Site Supervisor, overseeing and leading a dedicated team of 30-40 individuals in our cutting-edge digital mailroom? We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support the manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination with section leaders and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and supervise a team of 30-40 staff members within the digital mailroom.
- Collaborate closely with section leaders to ensure effective workflow and task delegation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring work is managed efficiently and in line with established KPIs.
- Where necessary cover operator’s roles to ensure SLAs are met.
Foster a culture of excellence, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- **ABOUT YOU**
- Prior experience in a supervisory capacity preferred, showcasing effective leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in fast-paced roles, demonstrating the ability to thrive in dynamic work environments.
- IT Literate
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate and collaborate across teams.
- Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
