**Responsibilities;**
- Delivery of day-to-day HR administration.
- Lead and manage the production of HR related data.
- Managing the administration of the employee lifecycle.
- Systems administration including the creation of new joiners, leavers, changes - with correspondence sent to the individual as needed.
- Administration of the HR electronic files.
- Administer changes to terms and conditions of employment.
- Being the super-user of the HR information system and being responsible for the integrity of employee data.
- Delivery of basic reports HR team.
- To work with the team to promote the Group's benefit programme.
- Other ad hoc administration as required.
- Manage the end-to-end maternity, paternity and adoption process for new parents.
- Deliver Exit Interviews as part of the leavers process.
- Champion the highest level of customer service that the department as a whole delivers.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career with CIPD study on offer. Ideally looking for someone with previous HR Administration experience with great customer service skills.
