We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Family Health Worker to join the Public Health Nursing Teams of Plymouth.

The role will involve co-faciitating child health clinics with the health visitor; being involved in the assessment of childrens health and development and working directly with families, supporting them in behaviouior management, breastfeeding, and nutrition.

The role will require working within the health visiting team and the successful applicants will be working directly with familes within their own homes.

Experience of working within health visiting, nurseries and with children, under the age of five, will be beneficial, but is not a necessity. All training will be provided.
