**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Education Support Officer to join our team at Willaston Primary School, providing specialist support for individual pupils, as well as others with identified additional and complex learning needs. This support may be class based, in group or one-to-one, depending on the needs of our dynamic and fluent learning environment.

You will work with the teaching staff, making adaptations to the school’s universal approach to meet the needs of those who require additional support and, in particular, those with an Individualised Education Programme. A positive can-do attitude, an organised approach and the ability to establish positive relationships with pupils and staff are all important qualities for this role.
