**Position Overview**:
Our client is seeking a Trade Service Advisor to join our Essex office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our trade customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success and growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for trade customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert advice and assistance.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to coordinate customer requests and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control to ensure adequate levels of inventory are maintained to meet customer demand.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within the industrial or related sector.
- Knowledge of the industrial door industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
