**Your role**
- Do you like to work with a wide variety of people, keen on helping educate others and are organized and enthusiastic?
- We’re looking for a PQS to:
- support the Global Family & Institutional Wealth UK (GFIW UK) business to manage their control framework by completing control reviews on a monthly basis and assist the Client Advisors with training on the relevant risk and process topics to support excellent risk management
- be a point-of-entry contact for queries about regulations, processes, tools and risk related issues
- monitor risk reports, flag relevant issues to the team, find solutions and escalate if necessary
- identify, evaluate and implement process improvements/remediation projects
- collaborate closely with client advisors, assistants, desk heads, and all other internal departments to aid client service or create efficiency

**Your team**
- You’ll be working within the Wealth Management business in London, providing support to the GFIW UK business. As a process and quality specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting the business when it comes to risk, process and tool knowledge, supporting them in all risk reporting information and MRT requirements, as well as supporting wider business and cross segment project and remediation work.

**Your expertise**
- financial services experience, ideally dealing with risk topics and/or front office support
- banking related education (apprenticeship, traineeship or a bachelor’s degree)
- excellent knowledge of wealth management offerings, products and processes
- disciplined, with a focus on detail and good knowledge of Microsoft product
- organized and able to run small projects, and get tasks done on time
- good written and verbal communication skills
