**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, providing a professional and courteous first impression
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff
- Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
