**Job Functions**:
- Create and agree content of recruitment advertising with the Registered Manager and under direction place adverts.
- Take ownership for respective vacancies ensuring all recruitment activities are completed in a timely manner and ensure quality of service.
- Maintain and update all systems relating to recruitment processes. Update and maintain the Recruitment Database and HR tracker.
- Maintain data and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment effectiveness and efficiency and staff retention.
- Provide recruitment and HR advice to all stakeholders and attend, attend meetings and disciplinaries and take notes.
