**Contracts Supervisor**
**London South / Southern Home Counties/Head office based in Dedham, Colchester.**

Hawksmoor offers extensive experience working within the public sector specialising in refurbishment works including kitchen and bathroom installations, internal & external redecorations, external cartilage works, void refurbishments, disabled adaptations, re-wiring and electrical upgrade works, heating installations and maintenance. Works cover London, Home Counties and South East.

We offer a hybrid working environment, autonomy and responsibility to manage time effectively between site and Head Office.

**The Role**

The role of Contracts Supervisor is to ensure the safety of all operatives on site, and manage the operations team (Employees and Subcontractors), to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards with customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Supervisor who ideally has previous experience working within the public sector in a largely domestic environment for over 55’s and care homes.

Responsibilities include management of contracts and projects, with overall planning and vision of all stages, from price to completion.

Management of the growth and success of the operations team and building strong relationships with both external and internal stake holders ensuring successful delivery of a contract.

An understanding of cost and risk assessment.

Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve processes and procedures across the business.

**Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of building and construction
- Previous experience as a Contracts / Site Supervisor
- Time management and leadership skills
- Business management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft word/Excel proficiency
- Contract Management (1 year preferred).

**Selection Process**

Initial interview via zoom, if successful at 1st stage progress to a 2nd interview face to face at head office, plus assessments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
