Temporary Porter - Soft FM Services

Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (38 hours)

Pay : £12.00 per hour

Staff member will be required to work in student accommodation areas and will report into the Team Clean Supervisor on a day to day basis.

The duties of the post will include the following;
- Daily removal of general waste and recycling from kitchens.
- Daily water flushing in line with H&S regulations.
- Movement of linen following deliveries and daily bed changes.
- Cleaning of communal areas including stairwells, corridors, and lobbies.
- Cleaning of external areas including perimeters, pathways and building entrances.
- Reporting any faults to the Team Clean Supervisor.

All materials, equipment, necessary PPE and uniform will be provided by Soft FM Services along with relevant training to undertake the tasks above.

All staff should be able to work in a positive and professional manner and have a flexible approach to work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
